Dashboard for machine operators
Dashboard visualizing the path of the machine tool with occurring forces and bending moments.
Request/problem:
Our customer is a machine tool operator and needs a tailor-made dashboard to display the process variables.
Solution:
The data from the controller is transferred to a NoSQL database via an MQTT broker. They are persistently saved for a specific period of time. A dashboard was set up on this database, which, for example, visualized the processing forces at various points in the process. Various sensors and different positions in the component can be displayed using drop-down bars.

The developed dashboard was adapted to the customer's requirements in cooperation with the customer and taken into productive operation after implementation and test phase.
